Years of experience with various accounting software – QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage, Solomon, MAS and more. We train accounting department (bookkeepers, Controllers, etc), assist to close books on monthly or annual basis. Provide projections, cash flows and budgets for Owners and Management Team. Prepare royalty reports and schedules for licensed business. Present financial plans, projections, budgets, cash flows, covenant tests and any necessary reports/schedules to lenders, boards and investors. Prior experience with ERP Systems: Momentis Information Systems, AMT, CAMS, MAS, QuickBooks Enterprise and others. Strong systems background and experience allow for quick adaptation to any ERP system. We can serve as a project manager for new systems implementation and/or systems conversion. Based upon years of prior experience with various ERP systems, we will work with your existing system and Software Company to tweak processes and reports to provide better and more helpful information to users and managers. We can also train your staff and users as to how to utilize the system to maximize their job functions.
Knowledge and understanding of routing, scheduling, trucking for import and export. Assist your staff with training and utilize our network of contacts to improve traffic flow and potentially reduce chargebacks, delays and overall cost.
Work with company owned or 3PL (or both) warehouses. Coordinate with all parties to maximize the flow of information to achieve timely shipping, quick billing, EDI compliance and potential chargeback reductions. Utilize warehouses around country in strategic locations to improve timing and delivery efficiency.
Prepare royalty statements as required by Licensor. We are familiar with most Licensor’s formats and requirements in the various industries. Extract the sales information from the system and convert into royalty statements for timely filings and payments. We can also work with Licensor’s auditors and examiners, when needed, to streamline the process and ensure timely filing.
Analyze the company operations for greater efficiency and cost reduction. Are your employees using your systems properly to save time and improve information flow? Prior experience managing back office company as well as Company Operations Departments in the following areas: Order entry, allocation, picking, routing, invoicing, billing, cash application, Accounts receivable management and controls, costing, master file management and maintenance and more will be drawn upon to maximize your Operational efficiency.

Experienced working with ADP, Paychex, Ceridian, Prime Pay, Payroll Dynamics, Extensis and more to get payroll processed, determine cash needs and set up payroll entries. If systems allow, work with Payroll Company to generate file to integrate payroll entry seamlessly or through a flat file upload saving many hours of work and potential errors. Understand payroll laws and requirements. Perform weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly or monthly payroll. Using B-Biz to manage your payroll not only saves your financial team time and the Company money but also adds a layer or confidentiality by removing payroll function from in house.
